Many clinical lecturers have the ambition but not the funds to pursue research. The Starter Grants for Clinical Lecturers (SGCL) scheme bridges this gap and enables clinical researchers to kickstart their research and establish independent careers.
The SGCL provide research funding and career development opportunities to support clinical lecturers to secure longer-term fellowships and funding.
