The 2026 CATO Research Symposium will take place on 23 June, offering an afternoon of vibrant research, inspiring speakers, and meaningful connections across our clinical academic community.

Open to all Imperial Specialised Foundation Doctors, ACFs, CLs, post-doctoral researchers and clinical academics in non-medical healthcare professions/’NMAHPP’ (Nurse, Midwife, AHP, Healthcare Scientist, Pharmacy staff, Psychologist), this symposium is your gateway to forging meaningful connections and exploring ground-breaking research.

The afternoon will include research presentations selected from the best of the abstracts submitted, a keynote presentation from a world-leading clinical academic, a choice of attending 1 of 2 mini-masterclasses and plenty of networking opportunities with your clinical academic colleagues. It is highly encouraged to both attend and submit an abstract. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your research, seize the chance to present it and stand a chance to win prizes.
