This programme offers a valuable opportunity for aspiring and established clinical academics to gain up-to-date insights into what funders are looking for in successful applications, alongside an overview of current and upcoming funding opportunities for doctoral and post-doctoral fellowships for both medical and non-medical clinicians.
The MRC will be represented by Professor Marina Botto, Professor of Rheumatology at Imperial College London and Chair of the MRC Clinical Training and Career Development Panel, who will share expert perspectives on funding priorities and career development pathways.
Professor Jeremy Levy, Director of the Imperial Clinical Academic Training Office (CATO), will speak on behalf of NIHR in his role as Associate Dean of the NIHR Academy (Integrated Pathways).
We hope you will join us on 6th March for what promises to be an informative and inspiring session.
