We pay your employer to allow you to work on research for 1 day a week (0.2 FTE) for a period of 1 year.
Interns will have the opportunity to:
- connect with researchers and research-active professionals in their area
- undertake a practice-based research initiative within their organisation
- promote research and support the development of research champions in their organisation
- join a collaborative network of social care nurse research interns
- act as research ambassadors in their workplace
- we will provide you with support, coaching, mentorship, bespoke learning resources and networking opportunities
- promote equitable and inclusive research practices
